Nancy Geller:

As a coach, consultant, mentor, and facilitator, Nancy is dedicated to helping people and companies share their authentic voices and visions with the world. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and webinars, she shares an actionable and evidence-based system for leading with intention, persuasive communication, and intelligent teamwork. Nancy spent three decades as a brand and licensing executive at Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, and NBCUniversal focusing on toys and global brands including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Trolls, American Girl, and others.  Known throughout the industry as an inclusive and influential global leader, Nancy has taken her decades of experience in highly challenging organizations and developed a practical strategy for helping women design a career path that is worthy of their excellence and stays true to their values and talents.

Nancy’s passion for leading, mentoring, and developing super-star teams inspired her to transition to Executive Coaching in February 2022. She received her ACC ICF Certification in November of 2023, earned a BA from UC Berkeley, and has completed multiple employee development courses throughout her career, including the Disney Global Leadership Initiative. She lives in Los Angeles with her family and adorable dog.
