Women in Institutional Investments Network (WIIIN)

Women in Institutional Investments Network ("WIIIN," "we," "us," or "our") is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to protecting the privacy of our members and website visitors. WIIIN is a membership-based organization and one of the criteria for membership is to identify as female.  As such, we request gender information as part of the application process. We may also collect non-personal information automatically through cookies or similar technologies through our website, please see below.  WIIIN does not use the information we collect through our website for marketing or for-profit purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage membership registrations
• Communicate with members about events, programs, and organizational news

•          Withdraw consent for use of your information in a member directory or similar public listing

These functions allow members to access restricted content and use services that require an account. WIIIN does not use the information or data we collect through our website or cookies for marketing or for-profit purposes.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, WIIIN is not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which is applicable to for-profit businesses, however, WIIIN voluntarily complies with CCPA-like standards as a matter of best practice. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. Children's Privacy

WIIIN's programs and membership are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
