WIIIN 2026 Mentorship Program - Session 1

We welcome you to join WIIIN mentors and mentees for our kickoff event of the 2026 Mentorship Program.

Join us for a fireside chat with Kim Wood, Head of Institutional at Capital Group. Kim will be retiring this year following a 32 year career in finance and investments. Leah Emkin, Chief Client Officer at Wilshire, will be interviewing Kim about her career journey as she navigated our industry through roles as plan sponsor, consultant, sales, client service and executive business leader. Kim and Leah will also explore the important role mentorship has played in Kim’s life, both professionally and personally, culminating in her helping to create WIIIN’s mentorship program.

For all sessions, we welcome our 2026 class of mentors and mentees as well as any other members looking to improve their mentorship skills at work, home, or in the community.
