Please join WIIIN members on June 21st for the second session of the 2024 Mentorship Program: Developing Relationships. This session will be the second in a 3-part series organized around helping us bring our best selves to our mentor and mentee relationships. This program will be hosted by Josh Diosomito, Assistant Vice President of Talent Development of Capital Group, who has spent 20 years in various leadership development roles where he has specialized in building successful mentorship programs. Josh Diosomito:
Josh Diosomito is an Assistant Vice President of Talent Development at Capital Group, home of American Funds, responsible for the management and execution of Capital’s leadership, mentoring, and diversity, equity and inclusion development programs. He has 20 years of experience and joined Capital Group in 2021 based in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Capital, Josh led federal diversity training programs and initiatives in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. Additionally, he served as a Senior Homeland Security Analyst leading congressional investigations into aviation, border and maritime security operations, among others.
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and dual master’s degree in Public Administration and International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Outside the office, he is a husband, father, marathon runner and golfer.
