Please join WIIIN members from 8:00-10:30am on Friday, March 24th for coffee and a light breakfast as we meet with Lisa Lai of Lai Ventures to discuss best practices for establishing a successful mentor/mentee relationship.
This session will apply to participants of WIIIN’s newly launched mentorship program and to any other members looking to improve their mentorship skills at work, home or in the community.
During this session, Lisa will explore the possibilities of a mentor/mentee relationship, discuss the roles of the mentor/mentee, and will help us establish a framework for a successful relationship, including discussion on checkpoints and how to measure success. Throughout the session, Lisa will also answer questions from WIIIN members and will provide participants with the proper tools and resources to see the path forward.

Lisa Lai:
