Women in Institutional Investing (WIIIN) was founded in 2014 to advance and empower women in institutional investing. While we are proud of our work to date, the organization recognizes that historical and current inequities, bias, and limited access create additional obstacles for women from underrepresented communities. WIIIN seeks to provide an inclusive, safe and relevant environment to amplify women’s experiences and to promote competence with a “pay-it-forward” collective mentality. With women often tapped to act as the face of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, WIIIN wants to equip the members of our community with the tools to be leading-edge advocates for true inclusion within their organizations and the investment industry at large.  |
